SOMA Ice-cream
For this class project, I designed a new, modern ice-cream brand that is able to appeal to young teens and adults by bringing together a vibrant personality with health and flavor. This brand was developed through the combination of illustrated characters, soft pastels, typographic hierarchy and a brand story. In addition to its visual appeal, the brand emphasizes wellness by highlighting various natural ingredients for more healthy lifestyles. The typography incorporates sans-serif and serif typefaces that create contrast while maintaining visual hierarchy throughout the design. In the final designs, there is a fun and welcoming brand that successfully appeals to a wide audience.
